IPhone 5s Screen unresponsive.

I just bought a used Iphone from someone on Ebay, and it turns out that the screen isn't working correctly, It barely responds (It sometimes works for 5-10 mins when i lock then unlock the phone) and when the screen is black is shows little white marks on the lower left side. The phone also gets a bluescreen for 1-2 seconds everytime i "Reboot" by pressing the home and power button.

What's the problem? Do i need to get the screen changed or is the mother board damaged?

Already tried doing that, but the seller claimed that the phone was "damaged while shipping" so it isn't his fault which is Bullsh*t, Besides if it's the screen it'll only cost 30$ so it's not that big of a deal tbh

How sure are you ? I took it to a couple mobile repair stores yesterday to check it out and they told me that i just need to get my screen replaced.....Oh and it also turned out that the front speak doesn't work too so does the little red light next to it, I can't believe i payed money for this.

Well a screen and front speaker would not just brake when its being shipped!

Its obviously been the user before hand.

You have a case, you can win if you report it to ebay.
