So I've got a gaming/streaming build going. My components so far are as follows:

cpu: AMD FX-8350 Black Edition Vishera 8-Core 4.0 GHz (4.2 GHz Turbo)
mb: MSI Gaming 990FXA-GAMING AM3+/ AM3 AMD 990FX & SB950 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 ATX
gfx: SAPPHIRE NITRO+ Radeon RX 480 100406NT+8GL 8GB 256-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16
ssd: SAMSUNG 850 EVO 2.5" 500GB SATA III 3-D Vertical Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)

My question is, if i'd like to get fairly good quality streaming while gaming (720p at least). Do I need 16gb or could 8gb handle it. Budget's fairly tight but I could squeeze the 16gb if I really need it but prefer to save the couple bucks if I could.

Also, I know I probably would've been better off with an Intel i5 but I made the FX purchase and it's a no take backsies situation. Work with me on what I got (I can however take suggestions on the SSD and GFX as those are my intended purchases but not made yet). I'm looking to stream some WoW, Hearthstone, League of Legends, Overwatch, possibly StarCraft. Thanks for the help guys and gals!!

Solution
16GB in a 2x8GB set (less stress on the MC (memory controller) than a 4x4GB setup. WOuld look at 1866 in the GSkill RipJaws X or Sniper lines of DRAM

Hey kamelian, i would recommend that you buy the 16GB of ram so you could have better quality streaming and better game resolution. 8GB is just not enough for a gaming computer.
