OK I have a corsair 600T and I was wondering if it will Dramatically increase the airflow if I change out the 200mm fan for 2x 120mm fans on the top of this case.

I am also looking at doing a small case-mod and replacing the front 200mm fan with 2x 120mm fans using the side mesh panel that comes with the white case.

Solution
I found the following specs for the 200 mm fans in your case:

1000 RPM
92CFM airflow
.713mmH2O static pressure
28.8 dbA noise levels (1M distance free air)
3.72W (@12V)
7V-12V operation

You should be able to easily compare these numbers with those of other fans, and determine whether there will be an improvement in airflow, etc. As dangus pointed out, the most notable change is likely going to be increased noise.
