Windows 8.1 Product Key Blocked

I was watching a movie on my dell laptop and all of a sudden a window popped up saying that I need to activate windows even though my laptop has been activated for like a year now. My Dell is out of warranty. I do not have a product key. Windows 8.1 came peractivated. When windows 10 beta came out I installed it. Later on I got rid of it and when back to 8.1... the product key has worked since. I have tried the cds that dell gave me from windows 10 and get an error code (0x101 - 0x20017) same code whenever I tried to reinstall keeping my files then I tried to reinstall from scratch. Did not work. The product block code it (Error code: 0xC004C003) please help

I tried that and they said they couldent do anything... same as Dell... I fixed the issue by opening dell backup and recovery and recovered it from an old backup from when I first got the laptop
