This downsize is proving a pain
The short and sweet of it the P8H61-I REV 3.0 supports my i5 3570k but only in bios version 0803 or above. Here in lies my issue it will not let me at all and worse an hour of googling has not yielded any positive help.
The error i get even if i go back to the launch version of bios (the currently installed version) is
Image Integrity Check Failed
I am using Asus EZ Flash 0.75 from within the bios options.
Please help this is proving to be costly as right now it appears i might have to go for a complete rebuild with newer generation hardware just to get a working mini itx pc.
it has been suggest i have the
P8H61-I LX R2.0/RM/SI
rather than
P8H61-I rev 3.0
but this is a whole other ball game as i cannot get ez flash to update from a .cap file as it simple does not see it.
Last update it says it is P8H61-I/RM/SI bios version 0403
