So i just got a new 970 MSI gaming mobo with a AMD Fx-6300 CPU also i have installed a radeon hd 7950 inside as well. I have a 750w powercool PSU and like 2 fans on the case. When i play one game for few MINUTES the PC starts to release smoke out of it and goes up to 50 decrease... I dont know what's happening.

Solution
50c is perfectly fine, with that cpu you only need to worry if it goes over 60c. The stock cooler is fine as long as you are not overclocking or living somewhere very hot. An overheating cpu wouldn't smoke, the pc would shut down long before it got hot enough to do that. I haven't got the pc in front of me but knowing just how poor that PSU is and that smoke usually only ever comes from a failing PSU I am making an assumption that's what is happening here. I don't want you to use the pc anymore because if I'm right which I believe is very likely that PSU could fail completely at any time and potentially damage other parts of the pc.
Where are you buying from. Any tier 1 or 2 on that list of 500w or greater will be perfect even though the list is a little old. Find something on offer near you. Don't cheap out on PSU, its probably the most important component in your pc and if it fails can cause damage to other components.

Got the CX 750 and it has massive amounts of coil whine. This is what I'd get.

because im new into this stuff im a bit worried. The reason why is because im not sure if this PSU is going to have the pci cables for the GPU im using. Are they going to be there?

So if i buy this PSU my pc will not overheat any more? And that is in a 100%? Because i read forums and apparently the fx 6300 comes with a very poor cooling kit... Since my budget is low i want to make sure.
