Hello guys, I need help with my PC (It is a desktop) it worked for perfectly for a year then the PSU broke and I had to get a new one and it took me around a month to get a new one and now when I boot it up, it says no bootable device and I don't know what's wrong, All the cables are connected right, I've tried different Hard drives and SDD's that I know work but my PC doesn't recognize them, what do y'all guys think is wrong with it? Is it my motherboard?
My motherboard is a 760GM-P34(FX)
GPU - Radeon R7 240
CPU - AMD FX-6300
Thank you for taking time to help with my problem

Are you not indicating that this problem arose after you installed a new PSU? Sort of gives one the impression the problem is with the PSU and/or its connections, doesn't it?
I don't suppose you have a PSU power tester but can you lay your hands on a different PSU?

Then you need to get creative, make a USB installer stick with Rufus. You cannot fix a problem with no tools.

What Windows version?

I will try this Rufus Installation and I will get back to you when I can, thank you for the suggestion

Update: I tried installing with Rufus but it says no drives are installed and I tried my hdd and my sdd and my computer will not recognize them
