I just built a HTPC to play League of Legends.. It contains:
AMD A10-7860K... Noctua NH-L9A Cooler...
Gigabyte GA-F2A88XN-WIFI... Flashed latest BIOS version. F6...
Team Dark 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3-2400...

Problem #1:
I cannot enable XMP (2400MHz 11-13-13-35) in BIOS,, otherwise,, crash and blue screen...
It can only run @ 2133MHz,, I manually set Memory Voltage to 1.66V,, but still no luck...

Problem #2:
Everything in BIOS (except Ram settings) are Default / Auto...
BIOS shows CPU Voltage is 1.45V,, isn't it too high ??
Idle temp in Windows-10 is 65C,, open a browser page will go over 72C...

Can someone please tell me what to do to make it run at 2400MHz XMP ???
Can someone please tell me is the CPU voltage and temp normal ???
I am new to this kind of BIOS tweak,, No knowledge at all,, so please guide me step by step...

Any input are appreciated...

Thanks for the information,

After check around CPU/NB settings, i found the NB is 1.25V by Default... NB Frequency is 1600MHz by Default...
I also forced to make CPU run at 4.0GHz through multiplier,, without any voltage change because 4.0 is the turbo speed...
CPU voltage is 1.45V by Default...

But I still cannot run 2400MHz XMP, still got blue screen...
