i have an h170 gaming m3 mother board with 8gb of ram 2133Mhz. and i5-6500

i want to add another 8gb o ram so i heard that you need to buy 2 pair of 8gb to run perfectly, adding another 8gb even if its the same will cause problems

the names are differents but when i looked in the spec i found the same informations but i dont know because i dont have a good knowledge in this.
so can you please tell what is the best way to procced with this upgrade and what is the meaning of dual channel and is the two 8gb the same ?
