Hey!
A friend of mine is now an LSU Football videographer/video editor. He has an iMac 5k, but as you can guess he's having some issues video editing with that build. He's given me a budget of $2k to build him a kickass video editing rig, so I'd like some advice on the build I created:

He will be using Adobe software, which he is getting free from the school, and Windows will come free from the school as well.

He really does like OSX, though. Would there be any way to run OSX on here stably?

So here are my questions:

1) Is this a good build for the price? Should anything be changed?
2) Could OSX run on here STABLY?
3) Is the GPU good for editing? I know video editing is more CPU intensive, so I'm assuming a 960 will do well, and I read that NVIDIA runs better than AMD with Adobe.

Thanks in advance!

Can you? Yes, maybe.

1. Where will you get the OS?
2. That would be a quite nice Windows machine.

He has an iMac but I think he wants a more powerful machine. And I know that I've heard of some people running OSX on custom PCs
