Change from pstate 0 to pstate 1 help please!!!!!!!

Hey guys, I have a nice graphics card, but it's always lagging. It lags on almost every game on minimum. Then I discovered why. My graphics card is using pstate 0, which has a much lower frequency that pstate 1 (see image). How do I change it so that it use pstate 1 instead of pstate 0? Please help.http://

Unless you are running a game when you took that screenshot, it looks right to me. Did you check your frequency on the card while in a game?

Check temps for the CPU and GPU while in a game, HWMonitor will work for that, make sure they are in good range for the hardware. Did you try a clean Windows setup already?
