i7 6700K, low passmark scores?

I am getting around 9100 when doing the CPU Mark tests.

I believe the average is about 11000. Is there a reason I am not getting the performance that others are getting?

I have gone into BIOS and enabled turbo boost. and my power settings are on high performance.

So I tried the geekbench 4 and I am getting 4500 in single core and 12400 in multi core, and that's with 40% speed boost enabled in bios.

Apparently, the average is 5300 and 17000 for the i7-6700k
