Locked out of Windows 7

I have a Dell Optiplex 760 with windows 7 professional and I am unable to get into it because I don't know the log in password. I was given this computer through my job. I know I can get into it if I boot from a disc, problem is I only have a Vista Disc. I want to use 7 just can't get in without login info. Does anyone have a good and easy work around for this? The YouTube video I have found haven't helped me so far.

That's what I want to do, but all I have is windows vista, which is what I'm trying to get away from. I guess I could use Linux, but I'm new to it and not sure where to go to get that. I know it is free though.

what would be some perks to moving to Linux? I am now using Windows & now though. I was able to get rid of Vista.
