Need help. Im Confused!

This is because im either suspecting my GPU ( Sapphire R9 270 Dual-X OC Edition 2gb) is faulty or my PSU is not giving out enough power.
What happens is when i use my gpu, i get a blackscreen after booting in the windows logo and i noticed that my mouse, keyboard and HDD(no lights flickering in the indicator) has no power but the CPU fan is still spinning. But when i remove the Gpu in the pci-e slot, it boots normally.
What could be the problem? I have a 600 Watt PSU btw.

Hi remz09.

Can I just re type and recap on what is happening to you.

You are saying that when you power your system on it begins to load windows 10 Os correct ?
Does the loading ring of windows 10 stop or freeze with no circular rotation, or does it then just display a black screen after it and windows does not reach the login screen or the windows desktop is not displayed ?

And the keyboard and mouse become unresponsive ?

Sounds just like a driver issue if you get a blank screen after booting into windows..

I'd suggest removing the card, then booting normally and using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to remove the old AMD drivers, then re-install them.

Hi! I tried this. I used DDU and uninstalled all AMD related drivers and shut down my pc.
I then plugged in my GPU and it did boot normally but without the drivers.
So i installed them again and the installer says 16% Installing AMD Display Drivers but after 30 seconds or so my screen turned black again and the problem started from there. I had to restart my pc manually because my keyboard's light indicators doesn't blink so as my HDD's indicators.
What could be the problem?
