just created a data server but transfer rate is realy bad
the server has 1 tb 7200 rpm sshd
and is on lan
where iam sending it to is on wifi with the ae2500 linksys wireless stick
(yesterday i had both systems on wifi and transfer was still slow)

the server has a 2 gigabit lan adapter (it states)
my router is 1 gigabit on ethernet and wireless 300megabits
any help please?
