Mobo doesn't have a DISPLAY PORT!HELP!

Hello Guys! So I have built a pc. A beast of a pc but what happened is that my mobo doesn't have a DISPLAY PORT. It has a VGA, DVI but I need a Display port since it is the best. My mobo is the MSI Z97 PC MATE. My Gpu is the EVGA GTX 1070 FTW. Please guys I am new to pc building help me. And tell me how to step by step cause Idk if the port on the gpu should be used.

That's what GPU is for !! It's much faster than any integrated video which would be most probably disabled anyway as soon as you insert dedicated GPU.

your monitor should be plugged into your graphics card not motherboard. everything else should be plugged into the motherboard
