Let's say I want my computer to never show 100% red. Is there a way to do that, or even never 80% or above white?

In reference to one of the answers. More details: Lets say there is an annoying video I am watching where the screen goes completely white often, I don't want this to happen, how do i avoid it?

You can also change monitor options for this. Often changing the "temperature" of the display can help soften a fully white image. https://www.wired.com/2013/09/flux-eyestrain/
