If anyone enjoys picking out parts and what not for fun, would be grateful if you can help me figure out a good build for my mom when Black Friday rolls by. I plan on getting her this case - Cooler Master Elite 130.
Trying to keep this around $300~400 tops not including the parts that I already have.

I already have a 550w power supply, R9 270x, and a 120gb SSD. She mostly does flash games and mostly simple stuff really but I already had the power supply, graphics card, and SSD so I may as well just include it in even if it is overkill for what she does on the computer.

What I need at this point is reliable red+green LED fans(she likes Christmas colors) and well just about everything that isn't mentioned above. Meanwhile I'll also be looking for parts, if anyone could throw me some ideas that would be very helpful, thanks in advance!

*Edit* - Looking to future proof at least 5 years but that shouldn't be hard given that she plays mostly flash games and facebook related stuff. If you have a better mini-atx case in mind as well I'd like to read all about it as well!

About $5 more to switch to the MSI version without the 802.11ac Wifi module ($19 for the Wifi model) if you want a completely color coordinated B/W build (since there is a window up top).
The Suppressor F1 (or its brother Core V1) has a 200mm intake fan that would facilitate better cooling for the 180W TDP R9 270X.
16GB is too much for the specific use-case, but then with 16GB it'll be all this PC would ever need, ever (and the white RAM is the cheapest out of all the colors option).
A C7 top-down cooler to facilitate quieter/cooler operation to both the CPU and the power delivery system on the tiny MB.
