After replacing motherboard and RAM I have a black screen and system speaker continuously emits short beeps when pc starts.

PSU: 500 watt
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-P43T-ES3G rev 1.3
CPU: Core 2 Quad Q9550
RAM: DDR3 Kingston HyperX Savage HX316C9SR/8
VGA: AMD XFX R9 380 2Gb

I tried to pull out the video card / HDD - nothing changed. When I tried to pull out the RAM - system speaker began beeping continuously.

The long version (without cross-checking Irvin):

The beeping sound comes from the motherboard. The MB manual tells you what the beeps mean. If the MB is beeping bad memory then either the DIMM is bad or your MB doesn't support that kind of memory.

Remove the a single 8GB dimm and replace it with two 4GB dimms that the MB supports. You will go faster because that chipset support "dual channel memory" and will use both dimms at the same time increasing throughput.

You want to buy the 4GB dimms in a "kit" that has two 4 GB dimms. This increases the chances that the memory will work together and typically costs the same as just buying 2 X loose 4GB dimms.

The MB manual is the...

The MB manual is the best place to see the specs of the memory you want. Once you get the memory, you need to install it in the correct pair of slots (if the MB has 4 dimm slots). The MB manual will tell you which dimm slots to use.

Good luck.
