Cannot Load Operating System....

My Acer Aspire 2920 Series Laptop operating system cannot load properly.......and i will change hard drive to new one....

* again i saw the same problem....

what can i do................???

Run a Windows repair tool from USB firstly to see if you have a corrupt OS. It's a case of ruling out problems until you find the fault.

My Friend .....i try to install os....may be its done.....but after install os shows screen say " Start Windows Normally" then hit normal boot system will be restarted.....some times install windows only 77% or some other position.....then freeze.....then i replace harddisk to new one......again i saw same problem.....

Then it's most likely either a corrupt BIOS or faulty hardware. Can u clear your CMOS by removing battery and reinstalling? If that doesnt fix the problem its most likely a CPU/motherboard failure of some kind.
