Help copying files from HDD with bad sectors

Hey there.

So I bought an external case to be able to copy some files from my not so old internal HDD. But the problem is, it's giving me all sorts of errors like:
"This disk needs to be formatted in order to use"
"Drive is not accessible. The parameter is incorrect."
"Drive is not accessible. Cyclic redundancy."

Chkdsk also isnt an option since it takes too long and I kind of need the files asap.

Is there anything I can use to copy some files? I don't need everything in the drive. I just need to copy a few files from it.

i don't think so. bad sector means that part of the hard drive is damaged and the hard drive cannot read it anymore. the bad thing about bad sectors is one of the files on your computer are partly or all part of one of the bad sectors and if that is the case then unfortunately there is no is no way to get those files back 100% or at all.

you can try some data recovery software. i have heard spinrite is pretty good:
