HDMI device not showing in audio playback devices

I run upgraded windows 10 64-bit on HP Envy 17-j050ex with:
i7-4702MQ @ 2.20GHz
16 GB memory
Intel HD Graphics 4600 and NVIDIA GeForce 750M

I installed windows 7 and upgraded it to win10 pro, then i installed all the drivers.

I couldn't get the hdmi to appear in the playback devices list.
I tried checking the (show disabled devices) box.
I tried reinstalling the IDT HD audio CODEC driver and the intel display driver but no results.

One of the audio drivers (High definition audio device) is showing with error sign in the device manager but I have no idea how to deal with it, and i looked up the internet for a the driver but couldn't find it.

The HDMI audio device used to appear before i recovered my system.

Please help me I looked everywhere for a solution.

Can you help me out a little bit, if you mean the NVIDIA control panel i couldn't find any audio settings.

I am using the same version but there's only 3D settings section which is (Adjust image settings with preview, manage 3D settings and set PhysX configuration)

On your video device selection, are you using your 750M exclusively, or are you letting the laptop switch between onboard graphics and 750M? It's been awhile for me on laptops, but this might be an issue. Try to have the onboard graphics disabled or designate to only use the 950M.

Another issue could be the video output. If you're mirroring the display, this might disallow HDMI usage, as opposed to using external display only. Again, I'm stretching my memory here on laptops.

When I disable the integrated graphic card I can't access NVIDIA's settings because it says: There's no device attached to your NVIDIA GPU, and in the NVIDIA controller i have the NVIDIA processor as the default preferred GPU.
And for the TV I use the external display only without mirroring.
