I'd go tottaly with the SeaSonic one, since it's parts are garanteed to have a quality build.
Not saying that the other one is bad, but the Seasonic has a history of great PSUs. And as important as a PSU is for a system i'd not risk putting everything on fire just to save a few bucks.
