Cooler Master Storm GX450 Gamer 450W or Seasonic Silent S12 620

Solution
Yes it will! Without a single problem! Your rig doesn't demand much energy, so you can keep that PSU even for future upgrades (CPU,MOBO,RAM, etc... ) on your rig. Nice choice! :)

I'd go tottaly with the SeaSonic one, since it's parts are garanteed to have a quality build.
Not saying that the other one is bad, but the Seasonic has a history of great PSUs. And as important as a PSU is for a system i'd not risk putting everything on fire just to save a few bucks.

I would change that GTX 650 to an GTX 970 Xtreme Gaming, of course.

If you haven't bought the GPU already, i'd suggest getting a GTX 1060 or a RX 480, since both are considerably better and are about at the same price range of the 970. The PSU will keep working without a problem with any of those.

No problem, don't fret on it. The gtx 970 is still a great card for 1080p gaming. You won't be disappointed! ^^
