ASROCK Z170 Pro4: Intel LAN, 4 DIMMs slot, 10 Phase CPU power with heatsink, ALC892+good caps, three chassis fan headers, good spacing between PCIe slots (short of the 2nd PCIe x1 slot being possibly unusable for video card with cooler thickness of 2.5slots); downside being: one CPU fan header (no liquid cooling capability), no USB2.0 at the back (maybe needed for USB peripherals).
