Hi, I'm looking for a budget build which can run games such as Rust, ArmA III, with 30+FPS on High Settings? My friend is looking for a build and he needs the best possible build for that price,

For Rust, you may have problem, because you will need the i5 to run the game well and smoother.
For the ArmA III, you are fine.
