best gaming case under Rs.6000 ?

can anyone suggest me a good gaming case under 6000... this should includes following features :-
1) can support gtx 1060
2) corsair water cooling
3) comes with 3 fans
4) metal or aluminum but not plastic

There is no such thing as a "gaming case". Some will look more 'gamer' than others, but you should look for functionality & good airflow as the priority before any asthetics

6000RS is around $90 US I believe, which may limit your options beyond plastic.
Any preferred websites you'd want to buy from?

What size of motherboard do you have? Which 1060?

Which Corsair liquid cooler do you want to accommodate?

for motherboard i go with MSI pc mate Z170A gtx 1060 would be asus or EVGA... sorry for the liquid cooler i buy that later so now tell me a good case that can accommodate all these components
