Advice On Choosing MSI X99 Board

I'm looking to upgrade my current motherboard and cpu.

The CPU I'm thinking of getting would be an Intel i7 6850K
I'm having trouble deciding between motherboards.

The two motherboards I have narrowed my choices to are below

MSI X99A XPOWER AC

MSI X99A GAMING PRO CARBON

Anyone got any pros and cons of each board? anyone personally own one?
If anyone's got any opinions I'd love to hear them.
I'm really having trouble picking

Are you stuck with having to choose between these 2? Any GB, Rock or Asus available...reason I ask is I won't do client builds on MSI due to their poor QC, I stick with the three listed manufacturers. If other available, the GigaByte GA-X99-Ultra Gaming, the Rock's X99 Taichi or their Fatal1ty Professional Gaming, Asus X99-A

No reason to be stuck on these boards other than personal preference. Both boards have some nice features that I'm interested in
