I have a gigabyte GIGABYTE GA-Z170X-UD5 paired with my i7 6700k.
I got a stable (About 35 hours of prime 95/aida64 running simultaneously) overclock of 4.5Ghz with a MAX vcore of 1.27. It's paired with a noctua D15s so my max temps hit 64c. Also on the gigabyte motherboard I noticed there is no adaptive voltage only offset or fixed. So I used offset of course.
Seem like a good overclock? Last core I overclocked was my i5 3570k.
I just don't wanna destroy my chip from high voltages.
Thanks!
