Hi, recently I just assembled my very first PC and I'm having a trouble that I can't figure out how to fix. So when I start up my pc every time. It just stop at the splash screen and wait for about 10-15s. No matter what option I choose(by pressing the keys like DEL), it just stop there and after 10- 15s it goes into the bios or whatever I chose. Can someone help me with this? Thank you!

Yes, I installed windows 10 64bit. And now the keyboard is not even detected after restart. I tried to use USB 2.0 port on the back

If you have fast boot enabled it may disable USB devices on startup.. but obviously it should just boot to Windows. Is the OS disk in the list (at the top) of the boot devices in BIOS? Do you have UEFI mode enabled? And was Windows installed in UEFI mode?

sorry I'm a noob on this. I did put OS Drive at first, but I don't know what is UEFI mode, I'll go check it out. Thanks!

UEFI mode is basically Windows 10 firmware.. but if you installed it on the same PC it shouldn't be an issue unless you changed it afterwards. Maybe try turning fast boot off (which disables USB devices) so you can enter F12 boot menu, but if Sata HDD is first in boot list and your disc is first in Sata HDD's then it should boot unless theres a fault. Maybe try Windows recovery tool on a USB drive?

But the problem right now is it won't let me turn of fast boot, and keyboard is not working. It always says reboot and select proper boot device

It opened, I've followed this link and made a bootable USB drive. Should I go ahead and reinstall again?
