Build a new system, spec;
CPU - Intel i7 4Gz
MB - MSI A170M
GPU - MSI GTX970
RAM - Corsair DDR4 16Gb (2 x 8GB 3000MHZ)
HDD - Seagate 2Tb
PSU - Corsair RM750
CPU Cooler - Cooler Master Neptron 120XL
OS - Win 10 64bit

Everything brand new
Put everything together and checked all connections, installed Win10 and it started up.
After about 15mins got a BSOD - fault in non-paged area.
Restarted system but got BSOD again.
Read the thread about fixing this fault and started trying these fixes.
System hung for about 30 minutes so tried a restart.
Now everything powers up but no response to anything.
No GPU output either on GTX970 or onboard socket
No response to DEL in attempt to enter BIOS.
Have checked component connections - still nothing
Removed 1 stick of RAM and tried in all 4 sockets - still nothing
Tried restarting with Win10 USB in socket - again nothing
Now lost for ideas

Really need help with this one. Please

Assuming it is a possible RAM issue I would suggest Memtest86/Memtest86+. It's a more thorough tool for diagnosing RAM, though it does require leaving the PC to run the test for quite a while due to the number of passes it makes. (8 passes are suggested for thoroughness to draw the conclusion of things being okay.) Windows does have its own memory diagnostic but only runs two passes.

I assume you've followed the procedures in the second link? It does provide another possible solution to the non-paged area error. (You don't mention trying it.)

There are other checks which can be made, but it depends on what you've tried so far.
A few thoughts before someone with knowledge pops up...

As I understand it, newly built PC, freshly installed Windows; what else did you manage to do before the first BSoD? Any software, especially anti-virus?

I ask because according to this and this, there's a chance it's a memory issue of sorts. As such I suspect a RAM issue (perhaps a faulty stick). Being pedantic, it seems you've tried with one of the sticks of RAM; have you tried the other? (Silly question, I know, but if you haven't and it happened to be the faulty stick you were using...)

Unsure of which thread you refer to or what fixes the thread suggests. The POST sticky? For the time being, this should be your first option to help troubleshoot.

When trying different display outputs, did you make sure you connected the cable to the appropriate port? (It happens sometimes...) To narrow things down it may be worthwhile just using the integrated graphics with the cable plugged into the motherboard.

I take it with the Windows 10 USB you were trying to reinstall Windows? If you saved boot options in BIOS, then it should default to USB boot. Currently a moot point if you can't get into BIOS.

Left things overnight and moved DIMMs into slots 1&4 ( done this before) and computer worked. Got it running for about 10 hours then along came BSOD with same page error message. Restarted and windows 'start'/home icon wouldn't respond. Did system restore and everything back working. Still concerned about the nonpaged error fault and trying to trace it. Anyone got a suggestion?
