Buy hdd now or save up for gpu?

I currently have around £60 and was going to buy a 1-2tb hdd but am also considering saving up a while for an rx 470. I currently have a gtx 950 and am noticing lag occasionally. On the other hand I currently have basically completely filled my storage (I only have 280gb of storage) and need some more. Please help.

In this case, HDD is more important. GTX 950 atleast plays every game you try to play, It's not a bad GPU.

Agreed with RCFProd, 280gb doesn't offer a lot of room for many video games, the 950 is a good card, and the 480 would be a much more significant upgrade from a 950 than the 470, considering some sales going on for the 480's. Christmas time is coming, those 480's will be dirt cheap.
