1| Have you made sure your motherboard BIOS is up to date?
2| Have you made sure your USB, chipset and device drivers are all up to date? In this regard, make sure that Razer's Synapse is up to date or rather uninstall and reinstall it and see if the issue persists.
3| Speaking of which, can you please pass on your full system's specs inclusive of your OS? It's possible the OS is acting up and a re-installation is necessary or the (gaming)app you're trying to launch has an issue to which a re-installation is necessary.
