You more than likely will have issues Tony, especially from different manufacturers.

Forums are full of frustrated attempts trying to mix kits. It's just not worth it.
Keep your existing kit for spares and buy a single kit the size and frequency you need. Always best to select kits from the Manufacturers QVL list that have been tested in conjunction with your MB.
You have the wherewithal to try it.
I presume your motherboard has 4 ram slots Duh!
My guess is that you are 80% likely to succeed.

Ram is sold in kits for a reason.
A motherboard must manage all the ram using the same specs of voltage, cas and speed.
Ram from the same vendor and part number can be made up of differing manufacturing components over time.
Some motherboards can be very sensitive to this.
That is why ram vendors will NOT support ram that is not bought in one kit.

If you have trouble, sometimes a touch higher ram voltage will do the job.
Realize that a 4 stick ram configuration needs closer matching than 2.
