Stuttering in games avg 30 fps drop

I am having random FPS drops which result in stuttering, in some games more than others and some not at all.

My computer specs are as follows:

i5 6400 Skylake
GTX 1060 MSI 6gb
EVGA 750w
B150 Biostar Motherboard
250gb SSD
3tb HDD
Raidmax Cobra Case (Green)
16gb G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series DDR4 2133

Probably poor ventilation or CPU cooler not properly attached. CPU is overheating.
Show sensors part from MSI afterburner also - with gpu frequencies/temperatures visible.

If you mean CPU cooler, Im using the stock one that came with the CPU

Sorry for the late reply, I was feeling unwell so I had gone to sleep.

Me and 2 friends put this together as my first home built pc, had one from ibuypower prior with a 750 and pentium. I know its funny the upgrade I went, but Yea we built this pc on my desk with me and 2 friends
