How do you rate the MSI X99 Gaming Pro Carbon?

I want that motherboard so bad for many reasons. the colors are just amazing, but I dont want to turn the LED's of the motherboard. do you think if I can keep them off?
I will grab a pair of titan x pascal with a 6900k and 32gb ram. I will OC the CPU & GPU with custom loop.

Thats cool, I was looking between the Asus X99 Deluxe ii and the MSI X99 pro gaming carbon. The problem with the Asus is that is kinda overpriced, goes around for 400$ while I can get the MSI for 315$ or if I can find it for less. BTW I am gonna be using a total of 11 USB's So I dont know if that is an issue.
Also how does the asus deluxe ii wifi works??? I have no idea about that wifi
