Hi, I am fairly new to the whole PC enthusiast thing and I cant seem to figure out if my motherboard can run 2 GPUs for cancer cancer curing FPS?

I currently have an RX 480 (Sapphire Nitro OC+ 4gb) and my motherboard is a Gigabyte H81m-DS2 (2 x PCIe 2.0 x1 -- 1 x PCIe 2.0 x16)

*I got the motherboard specs from a google search so I am not sure how accurate that is.

Solution
2 x PCI-E 2.0 or 3.0, X8 or X16. Preferably PCI-E 3.0 in your case. The motherboard should also specifically state that it is 2-way SLI/Cross-Fire ready to ensure that it can supply the full 75 watts to each slot when both are populated.
