help pls i can't access my computer its a start up problem i can login and it looks like normal start up but i can't launch any applications even msconfig and infinite wifi loading icon and if i press on wifi loop icon it's gonna turn into no wifi connection icon then i can't still access wifi i can launch control panel but i can't launch anything from control panel but i can access task manager i tried startup repair, msconfig(i can't launch any app) BTW i can't reboot my computer cause there is a important files in my computer pls help its windows 7 i got stuck
