Will GTX 750 Ti work in a Intel G41 Motherboard

Hey i am planning to buy a new gpu namely The GTX 750 Ti and i was wondering if it would work on my mother board It is an Intel G41 and my specs are

CPU : Intel Core 2 Duo E7500 @ 2.93GHz
RAM : 8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 531MHz
HDD : 465GB Seagate ST3500413AS ATA Device (SATA)
GPU : 2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GT 610 (ZOTAC International)

if u can please recommend a new cpu as i think it will bottleneck my new 750 ti and also recommend one that my RAM will fit in (DDR3)
So basically i want a new CPU which will not bottleneck my new GPU (750 ti) and if required also recommend a new mother board that will fit all these requirements

What's your budget?

GTX 750 Ti will work on your current MoBo since it has the PCIe X16 slot.
