Which PC Build Should I Choose.....HELP (First PC)

Hi, I am not sure which PC build to choose, this is my first build. I would like it to last at least 3 years the GPU 2 years. Here they are http://au.pcpartpicker.com/list/6gDZcc http://au.pcpartpicker.com/list/RfYNzM.
I will be getting the monitor later since I already have an rl2455hm for my ps4. And if I get the 6700 build I will have to get the1070 later as well since the max I can spend right now is $1300 AUD.

I made a middle of the road. Changes I've made.

-PSU 80+ platinum (should produce less heat, draw less power). You also don't need a lot of wattage. I pretty much have this build... works fine (mine's last gen though).
- Smaller screen, cheapens build slightly.
- 1080x GTX Most demanding games require at least this for ultra def.
- Cheaper Memory kit, memory speed shouldn't really matter in terms of gaming.
- 500 GB ssd, gives slight more spare space, but slower. Boot time should still be very fast.
So it's in between the cheap, and expensive build.

*concerns
-You may also want a blueray drive, just in case... it may come in handy you never know.
- Don't forget to tack on windows & cpu cooler (mine's still cheaper however).
