how to check my processor is working or not...........?

my cpu make a sound (1 high and 1 low melody ) 2 times intel motherboard......then i will change my p4 processor......the sound was gone but no display....so how can i check my cpu is working or not.....?

Could you please give me your full system specs, I cannot find out what the error code meant unless I know the company that manufactured the motherboard. For AMI motherboards that error code means a Low CPU Fan speed or a Voltage Level issue. Do you have a CPU fan plugged in? If you do then is is spinning?

intel d865gsa motherboard pendium p4 processor......now i check the processor in other motherboard thats working...!!! i thing my motherboard is fault.......they make a sound like a 1 long and 1 short melody......
