I would not waste money upgrading. The hardware is dated. Anything you put into it is only going to provide a marginal benefit. It is best in my opinion to hold off until you can buy a more modern system.
Probably not much better than is in it. If it supports the Q8200, you can probably install a Q9550 or Q9650, but these are basically the same CPU, just higher clocked.

Yea i know im looking for a CPU i can hang on for a few more years but im gona try and get the geforce 950. In the future ill get an i5 or something
