Graphics Card a-little better than Intel HD Graphics 4600

My current graphics card is built-in in my motherboard GIGABYTE GA-H81M-S1,1150,DDR3,DSUB,7CH,GLAN,M-ATX. On Dxdiag it says, Intel HD Graphics 4600 (2GB memory). My processor is Intel Core i5 3.30ghz.

I'm looking for the cheapest graphics card the would fit the said specification above. The card is not meant for gaming but for dual monitor purpose only.

A GT 730 would do great, but so would the integrated graphics. Photo editing performance is pretty much all CPU/memory/IO dependent, not GPU.

Yeah no gaming at all because it's an office PC. It will do photo-editing tho, do you think GT 730 would do the job? GT 730 is better than Intel HD Graphics 4600?
