Most stable Nvidia driver for GTX 1060??

I've been using the 372.xx drivers all week and keep having the same bloody problem. It sometimes boots and stays on an annoying grey screen. So fed up with troubleshooting.

What's the BEST driver for the GTX 1060 for reliability and performance??

This is a brand new card too, it was working perfectly all week and now driver issues are happening. I know it's driver related because it boots fine in Safe Mode.

Thanks

I'd still test with a different PSu if you can borrow one. Those CXs are of poor quality and i know of many people having tropuble with them. It's not just about wattage, but also about the quality of it's output and how tolerant different parts are to voltage irregularities.
No, sometimes when it does it, it completes the windows loading screen and as it fades away, instead of showing the login screen, it just stays that strange grey, no errors or anything. It just reboots itself then it's fine.

And yes, i've tried all different drivers making sure to use DDU every time. Also integrated graphics is off and fast boot in the bios is off. I also did a BIOS update yesterday

I did a test yesterday and here were the results:

I've reinstalled windows so many times and still get the issue, even on Windows 10. My power supply is the Corsair CX600M but if it was a PSU issue, wouldn't it cause crashes in high-intensity games? I've played like 5 hours straight of Fallout 4 recently and not had any problems.

It was fine for a week and it was fine on my old R9 270X, which actually required MORE power. I could see if the power connector is in properly, or swap it with another one

What do you think?
