CPU over heating?

I own a laptop(MSI GT83VR 6RF TITAN SLI) with CPU Intel CoreTM i7-6920HQ through it's own control panel, I observed it's CPU idling temperature is around 49c highest 81c when gaming, is this normal? Will I melt my CPU?

That's normal and safe. Your CPU will throttle to keep itself under 100c (what Intel considers the max safe temperature) and will shutdown to prevent damage at 130c.
