Some time ago my cs:go started to have issues with lags. When Im ingame it teleports me back or doesn't register the weapon switch I did. I don't see a problem anywhere else apart from cs.

This has just suddenly started without a clear reason(It happened to me before but veryfying game files helped, but not this time). Also when I switch from my normal internet to the one shared from phone the game seems to work fine.
Any ideas on how to fix this?

CPU- I5 4690k
GPU- Radeon R7 370 (4GB)
MOBO-MSI Z97 GAMING 3
