EDIT: problem was a wire hitting fan, would check this if your fan is not spinning while your pc is running

Alright to start this off i am on moblie so sorry for any grammar. And i got a little story with it. (TL;DR at bottom.)

So my CPU fan is not spinning (stock)

After i set up my new build not to long ago (after 5 days after) i notice that my processer was getting really hot after a bit. So me thinking that i did a poor thermal paste job, so i turn off and reapply it. I turn it on and benchmark the thermals again. Its still running hot. (I should also note that i am really dumb and it took me 4 "crashes" or overheats to realise "well damn must be my processer.)

So i take off my side panel (while pc is still running) plug in my box fan and put it facing toward the cpu. AND what you know instead of being a amd cpu running at 90℃ its running at 41℃ while gaming and 34°C Idle.

So the next (yes i left like that with the box fan setup). I smell something burning like plastic so i move my box fan and look inside. And what you know. My damn cpu fan isnt turning.
Poor CPU been torturing it for 2 weeks.

So TL;DR CPU fan is not turning, PC turns on. What you think?

Nevermind this thread was about mark it as solved, as the problem was the dumbest thing ever, the wire as barely touching the fan causing it not to run. Runs at a good crisp 47℃ under load and 38℃ idle. Poor CPU though. Sure its fine and dandy doesn't seem to be any apprent damage (yet) anyways i rather not buy an aftermarket cooler (if its not broken no point in replacing)
