So i bought a new Ram kit from corsair, its a 4X4 SDRAM 2933 corsair dominator kit, timing is 12-14-14-36 and its 1.65V(Kit number CMD16GX3M4A2933C12). I updated my bios, enable XMP, tried to change it manually, but wont boot, the motherboard either tell me overclocking failed and wipe my bios or i get a 55 error code. And i did checked the compatibility

Specs:
Intel i7-4770k
1200W platinum mk3 silencer
Maximus hero VII

Put one stick in the slot closest to the cpu, go to your bios, up the ram voltage, save, close, place 2nd stick in 3rd slot, see if that works, if that works, add the other 2 sticks. Don't overvoltage it though, check the max ram voltage of your cpu and max ram voltage of the actual ramsticks.

Im not sure what your asking haha, im pretty casual with hardware ans bios setting, so my cpu is not overclocked, i think asus mobo have a pre oc setting, where they say they expect 4.4 ghz when its on

Computer wont ever boot with 4 sticks.. i tried everything, like booting with 1333 frequency, playing with vttddr, agent systeme voltage, oc, putting everything to auto just to try and boot..

Edit: Computer did open with 4 stick after tons of try, with 1333 frequency and 1.61V no OC
