My pc is suddenly slow

I have a acer aspire tc-605 so I have a i7 4790, 4gb ddr3 ram, gt 625 2gb. (windows 10) I wasn't at home for 3 weeks. Someone else was using my pc but not for anything special (only browsing the web, some writing) so I guess he didn't notice anything. I ran a hdd test, antiviruses, even cleaned my pc. The temps are normal and usage of everything is normal too, but the pc is just soo slow. Please HELP!

Try running a registry cleaner, the one in Glary Utilities should work and is a good choice that doesn't install a bunch of bloatware. Run the complete utility suite not just the registry cleaner. If that doesn't fix it, I'm guessing that your friend did more than just " not for anything special (only browsing the web, some writing " You could have an infection your anti-virus isn't catching.

No really only checking mails and browsing the news, I tried a registry clean with iobits, but I will try it with your software. Yeah and a Virus was my first thought so I ran a test with comodo, malwarebytes and adwcleaner
