Solution
Here's a Mars bar. Cuz you're not going anywhere with that temper.
Two ways of going about this problem.
1.You pay someone to find, buy, install and have everything ready to go.
2. You research and learn then apply that to your problem and figure out what you need to find fix it.
And as I said before you will need to drop $500. If u can't, then go Craigslist and find a PC that will last a year then and I'll see another post made by u with another story.

Bonus Option 3. U buy my rig a. *Minus the 1070 and RGB fans

The Radeon 270x is also getting pretty old at this point. It's the same GPU as the HD7870 which was released in 2012, and your RAM is almost certainly DDR3 which will not work with new CPUs, which use DDR4.

What motherboard do you have? You may be able to drop in an FX-8xxx CPU, which would be a fair upgrade and not require a complete rebuild.

Yes. I did a brief search, and it turns out your board does not support FX CPUs, so you're going to need to replace your motherboard in addition to your CPU.

I generally recommend either an i3 6100 or i5 6500, but both of these options will also require that you replace your RAM with DDR4 modules.

I advise you to buy a new mobo b150/h170 and an i3 6100 it is far better than your processor. I also advise you to get a new gpu an rx 460/470/480 will serve your needs at your budget. TBH AMD processors are trash intel cpus outperform them.

Would a new cpu boost my fps? i have a stable 80 fps in games with ultra at most times but i get framerate spikes that go down to 2 fps for about 3 seconds and its always at the worst times

That could be caused by any number of things. Lack of RAM causing hard drive swapping, loading from a slow mechanical hard drive, malware eating CPU cycles... you'd need to diagnose it. Generally though, those drops are either CPU or I/O related.

You get 80 fps with a 270x wow ok. I advise you to get a new cpu an i3 6100 would be good for you high clock rate 4 threads 2 cores and skylake. Also you should get a new gpu an rx 460/470/480 will serve you well and should fit your price range. The low fps is usually because of the cpu frame drops and spikes, although that is with most amd cpus. the intel cpu I suggested should not do that as much at all.

UM NO. If you are in the US then 6100 $100 and say a $120 mobo thts not 500 plus an rx 480 $420.

right..
like i said its gonna be at least 500 unless he doesnt touch the gfx card.
where i live cpus dont cost $100 and tbh if he doesnt plan on getting the latest gear might as well buy everything used in one package. buying year old stuff new is waste of money

what is the price difference for 6400 6600k

btw u are aware that u will need a motherboard and ddr4 for the cpu yeah?
anything u buy that is a year old released is gonna be good enough for games..
just depends on ur budget and what level of quality u want on the games... thats ur video card. i heard the 1050 is a steal
