I came back from Ireland as a vacation, I switched on my computer and used it as normal. Then I lost connection completely. It said I had Ethernet connection. So I unplugged and replugged my Ethernet cable. Then it disappeared. My computer could no longer find my Ethernet cable. I had my Asus AC56 PCIE to give me wireless but I only get dowload speeds of 1-4 and upload speeds of 0.4 - 1. I have reset the hub multiple times. I had to install a ethernet driver for it to work earlier, I don't have the driver anymore (Dont know what happend to it) so I cant download and re download it. Please help.
Specs:
i7 6700k
GTX 980ti
MSI Z170A Skylake M7
asus PCIE AC56

Thats all the info about me pc that i think you will need.

Solution
If it's in device manager with no errors, try a different cable, try a different port on the switch/router. Are there link lights on the card? If you do an ipconfig command at a dos prompt, are you seeing the correct IP address? It should start with a 192 for most routers.

It does show up in Device manager, and its says that it is working properly. I cant find the driver. Cant seem to find it on MSI's website.
